Do you assess the building before quoting?
Yes. A condition survey comes first, because the real scope of a renovation is rarely visible from photographs alone.
Can work be done while the space is occupied?
In many cases yes, by phasing the works. We agree the sequence and the disruption limits with you in advance.
Can structural changes be made?
Only after technical assessment. Structural modifications are carried out to an engineered solution, never improvised on site.
